And it is Tuesday again. Interested in winning tickets to see Kinky Friedman at 41 Bridge Street this weekend? All you have to do is call... Besides a couple of songs from Kinky, we'll focus a set or two on Merle Haggard who would have turned 80 a few days back.
We'll start off with some new music from The Steel Wheels, Guy Davis- Bluesman, TAARKA, Brendan Taaffe, hear some music from folks performing locally, like Gordon Bok, The Kennedys @ Buttonwood Tree in Middletown, CT, Nora Jane Struthers @ Homecoming CD Release at Acousticool in Bristol, C..., and a set from some of the folks I saw last Friday at CT Folk like Mark Mandeville & Raianne Richards, Katherine Rondeau, Steven Pelland Music and Louise Mosrie. It was a really great sampler!
