Three hundred issues (plus ancillary spin offs, one shots, etc) of any comic book series is not something to overlook these days, with constant reboots, renumbering, and the strange situation of "legacy numbering." Jolly Blackburn's Knights of the Dinner Table is an anomaly in American comic book publishing, a great success in both storytelling and development that surpasses contemporaries, and should be celebrated. Sir Jon is revving up the indie comics scene guest list as Carson Grubaugh, the artist chosen by Dave Sim to complete the long-anticipated Strange Death of Alex Raymond. Learn about the meandering life of the book, where it began and how Carson got involved.
