Pint O' Comics Episode 284 w/ Paul Cornell

CON & ON is the latest series from one of your humble host's favourite publishers, written by the illustrious Paul Cornell, author of a lengthy list of pop culture properties. CON & ON gets into the meat of the current comic book and convention ideal, satirizing while being thoroughly enriching with excellent central characters. It pulls no punches and pushes all the emotional buttons. Paul and I meander greatly through the show, as is wont in an episode of Pint O' Comics, but if nothing else, you'll learn a few things along the way. Check out my first live on-air guest from overseas in the 6 year history of the show! It's a technical nightmare, but always a fun time.

Pint O' Comics Episode 254 w/ Ron Garney

Ron Garney visits the studio live on air for the first time in 4 years! Ron's work has graced the two major comic book companies over the last 30 years, with art on Daredevil, Thor, The Hulk, Captain America and others at Marvel Comics, and the Justice League of America at DC. His current project is a 12 issue series nearing completion from Boom! Studios, called BRZRKR. Written by Matt Kindt (who appeared on Pint O' Comics in June of this year) and Keanu Reeves (yes, that Keanu), it's one crazy science fiction tale crossing eons of history. After some technical issues we get into the meat of what makes BRZRKR tick. All fun on another hour of Pint O' Comics!

David Lloyd may (or may not) be best known for being the artist on V FOR VENDETTA, the 80's era comic book the 2005 film of the same name is based upon.
