Matt Ryan was my first in-studio guest after 2.5 years of Covid restrictions kept both me and other entities to remote work. This, his second appearance, coincides with the release of another issue of BRENDA, his all-ages fantasy comic series about the most adventurous young girl whose name graces the cover. Imagine if Conan the Cimmerian had a daughter and you get the general gist of what BRENDA is, only with more fart jokes. The art of Elena Gogou is a great blend of whimsical storytelling, making the package a real treat for the reader, especially fantasy role-play gamers.
