In the words of Monty Python "and now for something completely different," tonight on Acoustic Blender, The Brown Paper Sax Quartet, a saxophone ensemble that focuses on ragtime and early jazz, will be live in the studio starting at 6pm! 

Of course we'll have the concert listing at 7pm followed by music from folks playing in the area like Hiroya Tsukamoto, Bruce Molsky, the The Slocan Ramblers, Hubby Jenkins, and an excess of birthday observances for Joan Baez, Ellis Paul, Nic Jones, Frank Critelli, Shawn Colvin (and today is the anniversary of Martin Luther King's birth but we'll get to that next week). Much to squeeze in tonight.
