For Paul's third trip to Pint O' Comics, we discuss his newest book, DIRECT CONVERSATIONS, a nice companion to his earlier DIRECT COMMENTS, both having interviews with fellow comic book writers, editors, and artists. The new book is of his own contemporaries, all having gotten into the business around the same time. It's presently in a Kickstarter campaign (ending very soon) and is a worthy shelf piece for all historians and interested parties. We also delve into characters Paul has worked on while at DC Comics, particularly the strangely popular Peacemaker, originally a Charlton Comics publication, from right here in Connecticut.
