This evening the theme at the Blue Cafe will be Bob Dylan pt1…. I originally thought I could cover Bob Dylan’s music in show! (“Good luck with that!”, said a fellow DJ!) …Ultimately this show is the first of 4 featuring Bob Dylan. This one will concentrate on the folk years beginning with his first album, the release of "Bob Dylan" in 1962 and winding its way to the Bringing It All Back Home album released on January 15, 1965. The second part next week will start in the summer of 1965 and the Newport Folk Festival and move through the "Before the Flood" tour with the Band. The third show will cover the Basement tapes in 1975 through to the present and the 4th on the Covers.
