THE HOUSE OF LAST RESORT is author Christopher Golden's latest horror novel, surrounding a young American  couple as they move into a fixer-upper in Sicily and dealing with the home's bizarre history. It's got a lot of familiarity amongst the great dialogue, solid characters, spooky happenings, and an ending so satisfactory you feel it in your bones when you close the book.
